Because
Zhineng Qigong works with the energy field of the group, attending a regular
class creates a very strong energy field that greatly speeds up the healing
process.
In our Level 1 classes, students learn and practice the following Level 1 Forms:
Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down Method -- to exchange qi with nature
Three Centers Merge Standing Meditation - to cultivate dantian qi
La Qi Method -- to practice gathering and releasing qi
Chen Qi Method -- to open the qi flow throughout the body
Enjoy Self-Awareness -- to cultivate greater awareness of qi
